Donation Process

• All donations are voluntary and made at your discretion
• Donation amounts must comply with Pakistani legal limits
• We facilitate but do not guarantee donation delivery
• Donations are processed through secure, encrypted systems

Donation Categories

• You may specify donation categories (food, medicine, clothing, etc.)
• Category restrictions may apply based on partner availability
• We reserve the right to redirect donations if specified categories are unavailable

Donation Distribution

• Direct Distribution: You may hand-delivery donation cards personally
• Platform Distribution: We distribute cards to verified recipients
• Distribution timing depends on partner availability and logistics
• We provide best-effort delivery but cannot guarantee specific timeframes

Tracking and Transparency

• Each donation receives a unique QR code for tracking
• Real-time updates are provided when technically feasible
• Tracking data includes usage location, time, and items purchased
• Technical issues may temporarily affect tracking accuracy

Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through licensed payment gateways
• We do not store complete credit card or banking information
• Transaction fees, if there are any, will be clearly disclosed before payment
• Failed transactions will be refunded according to our refund policy

Refunds and Cancellations

• Before Distribution: Donations may be refunded within 24 hours
• After Distribution: Refunds are not available once cards are issued
• Technical Issues: Full refunds provided for platform errors
• Refund processing takes 5-10 business days

Tax Implications

• Donors are responsible for their own tax obligations
• We provide donation receipts for tax purposes
• Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility
• We comply with Pakistani tax reporting requirements

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Platform only for lawful charitable purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal funding
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Upload malicious code or engage in harmful cyber activities
• Misrepresent your identity or donation purposes
• Use automated systems to interact with our Platform
• Violate any applicable Pakistani or international laws

Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

• Be truthful and not misleading
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not contain hate speech, discrimination, or offensive material
• Comply with Pakistani content regulations
• Not violate privacy rights of others

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Warning notifications
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Legal action if warranted
• Cooperation with law enforcement

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aajizz from:

• Claims arising from your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Content you submit or share

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, parties agree to attempt resolution through:

• Direct negotiation
• Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
• Arbitration if mediation fails (optional)

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
